Jay L. is currently the Manager of Conferencing APAC at NetRoadshow, having previously served as a Client Relations Associate at the same company from 2021 to 2022. Jay has also held various positions in customer success and operations, including Senior Customer Success Specialist and Customer Success Manager. Prior to their role at NetRoadshow, Jay completed the Industrial Placement Program at UBS from 2016 to 2017 and worked as an Executive Officer and Programme Coordinator at HKMA between 2020 and 2021.
