Andy Ng has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Currently, Andy holds the position of VP, Corporate & Workplace Solutions at NETS since April 2023. Prior to this, from February 2021 to April 2023, they were the VP, Procurement Governance at NETS. Before joining NETS, Andy worked at Diageo as the Procurement Risk & Governance Manager for APAC from July 2019 to January 2021. Andy also served as the Compliance Manager at Keppel Offshore & Marine from January 2018 to June 2019. Andy's earlier experiences include various roles at Keppel FELS Ltd, such as Manager (Quality System/Process Excellence) from May 2014 to December 2017, Assistant Manager (Quality System/Process Excellence) from January 2011 to April 2014, Senior Quality System Engineer from November 2009 to December 2010, and Planning Engineer from November 2007 to October 2009.

Andy Ng's education history includes obtaining an Executive MBA from Rutgers Business School in 2020. Andy was a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society during their time there. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science degree in Management of Technology from the National University of Singapore in 2009. In 2005, Andy completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree with Honors in Mechanical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.

In addition to their formal education, Andy Ng has obtained various certifications. Andy is a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP-I) from the Compliance Certification Board (CCB). Andy also holds the ICA Advanced Certificate in Governance, Risk and Compliance and the ICA Diploma in Regulatory Compliance from the International Compliance Association. Furthermore, Andy has acquired certifications in ISO standards including ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System Auditor Conversion from TÜV SÜD, and ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems Lead Auditor and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems Auditor Transition from DNV GL.
