Ben HENG

Ben Heng is currently involved in Human Capital Management and Learning & Organisation Development at NETS, where they focus on shaping future-ready talent through powerful learning interventions. With a robust background in various industries including banking, technology, and real estate, Ben has designed and facilitated numerous development programs aimed at enhancing leadership capabilities. Prior to their role at NETS, Ben worked as a consultant at BTS, where they played a key role in developing customized learning journeys and talent acquisition. Ben holds a First Class Honours degree in Accountancy from the National University of Singapore.
