Ben Lin has a diverse work experience, starting in 2008 as a Personal Banker at United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB), where they conducted financial reviews and advised clients on financial products. From 2009 to 2011, they worked at State Bank of India as a Relationship Manager, consistently acquiring new customers and increasing the size and quality of their portfolios. Ben then became a Branch Manager at State Bank of India in 2011, responsible for overall leadership, sales force, and branch goals. In 2012, they joined Singapore Post Ltd as a Business Manager, managing profit-generating business and sourcing new opportunities. Ben later became a Senior Business Manager at Singapore Post Ltd, overseeing the remittance portfolio. Since 2018, they have been working at NETS as a Vice President, where they develop new business models, monitors revenue performance, and executes go-to-market initiatives.
Ben Lin attended RMIT University from 2009 to 2011, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance.
