Chester Low

Chester Low is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in cloud engineering and system analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Lead Engineer at NETS since June 2025, Chester previously held the role of Cloud Engineer - AVP and Cloud Engineer - Manager at CIMB Singapore, focusing on provisioning critical infrastructure workloads in AWS using Terraform. Prior experiences include serving as a Senior System Analyst at the Institute of Systems Science, National University of Singapore, where contributions were made to the digital academy project, and a Senior System Analyst position at RHB Singapore, enhancing in-house banking systems. Chester began a career as a Full Stack Developer at DHI and has held software engineering positions at HSBC. An academic foundation in Software Engineering was obtained from the University of the West of England and Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation.
