Cynthia Yap is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the technology and business consulting sectors. Currently serving as Vice President at NETS since August 2018, Cynthia previously co-founded DTS STAR Pte Ltd, where the focus was on developing loyalty, prepaid, and redemption engines, in addition to customer and merchant tiering solutions. Before this, Cynthia held the position of Director at Sincere Solutions Pte Ltd, specializing in ticketing and offline prepaid solutions utilizing EFTPOS and MIFARE RFID technology.
