Fanni Tan

Fanni Tan has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Fanni currently works as a Human Resources Business Partner at NETS since September 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at UOB from 2015 to 2022, including Performance Management, HR Services - Connect, HR Business Partner for Group Wholesale Banking, HR Business Partner for GTO - Global Mkts & Group Wholesale Banking Ops, and HR Business Partner for Group Compliance. Before joining UOB, Fanni worked at DBS Bank as an HR Business Partner for Consumer Banking Group from 2013 to 2014. Fanni also has experience working at UBS as an Associate Director, leading a team of HR Shared Service Specialists from 2004 to 2013. Earlier in their career, Fanni worked at A*STAR, Institute of Microelectronics as an HR & Administration Officer from 2003 to 2004 and at ExxonMobil Asia Pacific Pte Ltd as a Corporate Data Officer in the HR Services Center Team from 2001 to 2003.

Fanni Tan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business studies from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, completing their studies from 1998 to 2001.
