Lena Tan

Lena Tan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades in various roles and companies. Most recently, they are currently serving as the Head of NETS Product at NETS, where they lead the product team and oversees the formulation of strategies and management of the entire NETS Product portfolio.

Prior to their current position, Lena held several director-level positions at Singtel. Lena was the Director of Business Launcher (Digital Bank) at Singtel Group Finance, where they played a pivotal role in strategizing and planning the capabilities of Singtel ecosystems for the development and launch of the Digital Bank. Lena also served as the Director of Rewards & Loyalty, leading a team to develop and launch the Dash Rewards program for cost optimization and growth in various Dash businesses. Additionally, Lena was the Director of Digital Payments & Strategy, responsible for revenue and adoption growth targets in the Digital Payments portfolio.

Before their time at Singtel, Lena served as the Associate Director of Fixed & Broadband and Mobile Finance at Singtel Consumer Group, where they led product teams and launched new services in broadband and mobile financial sectors. Lena also held the position of Senior Product Manager, spearheading the development and launch of various mobile payment projects.

Earlier in their career, Lena worked as a Business Solutions Manager at Fourier Lab Pte Ltd, specializing in finding solutions for business needs. Lena also worked as a Team Lead in Production Operations at Sybase and as an Assistant Engineer in Value-Added Services Operations at MobileOne Ltd.

Overall, Lena Tan has a strong background in product management, strategy development, and team leadership within the telecommunications and financial services industries.

Lena Tan's education history started at Mountbatten Primary School, where they studied from 1986 to 1992. Lena then attended Chung Cheng High School (Branch) from 1992 to 1996. After completing their high school education, they pursued a Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering at Ngee Ann Polytechnic from 1997 to 2000. Following this, Lena Tan enrolled at RMIT University and obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Information Technology from 2003 to 2004. Later on, they pursued a Master in Business Administration degree at the University of Birmingham from 2005 to 2008.
