Lynette Lim is an experienced professional with a robust background in merchant relations, sales management, and training across various industries. Since February 2018, Lynette has served as Vice President of Merchant Relations & Services at NETS, leading a team focused on achieving departmental goals in merchant services and revenue engagement. Prior to this, Lynette held the position of Section Head for General Insurance Sales at Income, managing a large telesales team and overseeing campaign management. Additional experience includes roles at UOB Group, ANZ, Yellow Pages Singapore, HSBC, and Swissôtel Merchant Court, showcasing expertise in sales operations, training, project management, and business development.
