Michael Herrera has extensive experience in network engineering and technical support, beginning as a Technical Support Specialist at SYKES from August 2005 to May 2011, where LAN/WAN connectivity issues were troubleshot for AT&T and Verizon customers. Michael transitioned to Verizon Business as a Network Engineer from September 2011 to September 2013, providing 2nd level support for Morgan Stanley's network infrastructure.
