Michael Herrera

Lead Engineer

Michael Herrera has extensive experience in network engineering and technical support, beginning as a Technical Support Specialist at SYKES from August 2005 to May 2011, where LAN/WAN connectivity issues were troubleshot for AT&T and Verizon customers. Michael transitioned to Verizon Business as a Network Engineer from September 2011 to September 2013, providing 2nd level support for Morgan Stanley's network infrastructure. Following this, Michael held various roles, including Senior Network Engineer at GOLDTECH RESOURCES PTE LTD, focusing on WAN migrations for Fujitsu, and a Network Engineer at Comtel Solutions, where proactive monitoring of government WAN devices was conducted. In March 2018, Michael joined StarHub as a Network Specialist, playing a key role in network project implementation and operations, and currently serves as Lead Engineer at NETS since June 2024.
