Namitha Mohandas has a diverse work experience spanning across different industries. Namitha started their career in 2017 as a Guest Service Agent at SATS Ltd. In 2020, they joined Wipro Limited as an Associate Analyst and worked until June 2023. Following that, they worked at UOB as a Senior Officer with Group Retail & Channels T&O from July 2022 to June 2023. Currently, they are employed at NETS as a Client Service Specialist, starting from June 2023.

Namitha Mohandas completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Studies and Finance at Bangor University from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma in Travel, Tourism, and Hospitality from the Management Development Institute of Singapore in 2017.
