Raihan Sultan

Raihan Sultan serves as the Chief Information Security Officer at NETS, overseeing cybersecurity for the subsidiary BCS since September 2024. Prior experience includes leading IT and Cyber Security at CIMB from March 2021 to August 2024 and working in security consulting at Accenture for a year, focusing on Multi-Cloud Security and DevSecOps. Raihan's extensive background also encompasses roles at PUB, Singapore's National Water Agency, where responsibilities included serving as Deputy Chief Cybersecurity Officer and leading the Cyber Security branch. Earlier positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise involved roles ranging from Senior Software Engineer to Project Manager. Raihan holds a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from San Diego State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University.
