Sindhumathi K.

Sindhumathi K. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in various companies. Starting in 2018 at Techvolt Software Coimbatore as an Application Support Engineer, they gained experience with SDLC and worked on projects to support and enhance applications. Sindhumathi then joined ExxonMobil in 2019 as an Application Support Analyst, where they provided development and support services for various applications in the manufacturing processes. In 2020, they moved to Thunes as a Technical Support Engineer, handling escalations, monitoring, and troubleshooting technical issues on a global scale for digital payment systems. Currently, Sindhumathi works at NETS as a Production Support Engineer, responsible for primary application support and incident recovery for eNETS payment gateway in Singapore.

Sindhumathi K. completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Anna University Chennai. Sindhumathi pursued this degree between 2005 and 2009. Afterward, they furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Applied Electronics from Anna University. This degree was earned from 2009 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Sindhumathi K. also obtained a certification in ITIL 4 Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in August 2020.
