Sonja Marjanovic

Sonja Marjanovic is the Director of Healthcare Innovation, Industry and Policy at RAND Europe, where they lead research, analysis, and advisory efforts aimed at improving healthcare systems and advancing policy. Previously, Sonja held significant roles, including Senior Analyst and Research Leader at RAND Europe and co-founded a medical device company during their Ph.D. studies. Sonja's experience also extends to advisory positions with NHS England, various academic institutions, and leading partnerships with The Healthcare Improvement Studies Institute at Cambridge University. They hold a Ph.D. and MPhil from Judge Business School, Cambridge University, as well as a B.Sc. Honours in molecular and microbial genetics from Wits University, South Africa.
