Alfred Grasso

Alfred Grasso serves on the Board of Directors at NETSCOUT and as a Strategic Advisor at Underwriter Laboratories Research Institute, where Alfred is a member of the COO Operations Advisory Board. Grasso holds positions on the Board of Trustees for Riverside Research, where Alfred is involved in the Compensation Committee and chairs the Special Programs Sub-committee. Additionally, Grasso is a Board Member at the Virginia Academy of Science, Engineering and Medicine and serves as the Industry Co-Chair for the NASEM Government, University, and Industry Research Roundtable. From 1986 to 2023, Grasso held various roles, including CEO, Trustee, and Consultant at The MITRE Corporation, leading the organization's strategic and business operations, particularly in new sectors like healthcare and cybersecurity. Grasso was a Trustee and member of the Executive and Finance Committees for the George Mason University Foundation from 2016 to 2019. Academically, Grasso earned a Master of Science in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
