Cathy P. is currently the AVP of Human Resources and has held various significant HR roles, including HR Director for EMEA & APAC at NETSCOUT and HR Manager at MCI Group. Cathy previously served as the Human Resources Business Support Team Lead at the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation and has over a decade of experience in the HR field, beginning as a Human Resources & Commercial Accounts Administrator at ACE European Group Limited. Cathy is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy & Classical Civilisation at Trinity College Dublin and a Master’s Degree in Film & Television Studies at the University of Warwick, having also obtained an Advanced Diploma in Coaching from Kingstown College and a Certificate in Personnel Practice from the National College of Ireland.
