Christy Cody is the Global Director of Talent at NETSCOUT, where responsibilities include creating and deploying global talent acquisition strategies to enhance organizational capabilities. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Human Resource Manager at NETSCOUT, supporting over 200 global employees, and various HR leadership roles at Arbor Networks and Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc., where strategic HR leadership, employee relations, and training initiatives were vital to company growth. Christy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management with a concentration in HR from Eastern Michigan University.
