David Schiffer

David Schiffer possesses extensive experience in the telecommunications and military sectors, currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager and previously as a Service Delivery Engineer at NETSCOUT since June 2017. Prior to this, David held various roles at Sprint Nextel from November 2004 to June 2017, including Project Manager for 3G/4G interworking and Network Planner. David's career began in the United States Air Force, where a tenure from June 1983 to December 2004 included the rank of Major and service as a B-52 Instructor Pilot. Academically, David holds a Bachelor of Science in Math from the University of Northern Colorado and a Master’s degree in Aerospace from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
