Eric Wilson

Eric Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Eric worked at NETSCOUT from 2015, where they initially served as a Product Line Manager, responsible for driving telecom network monitoring solutions for service providers. Eric also developed product strategies and requirements based on industry research and customer feedback. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Senior Solution Engineer and later became a Principal Sales Engineer in June 2021. Prior to NETSCOUT, Eric worked at Tektronix Communications from 2006 to 2015. During this time, they held various positions, including Product Line Manager and Manager of AT&T Development and Support. At Tektronix Communications, they focused on product line management and researching new market initiatives. Before Tektronix Communications, Eric worked at Nortel from 1995 to 2006, where they served as a Manager of Architect UMTS GGSN Development and TDMA Software Designer. Eric managed large development teams, handled complex projects, and received several patents for their work in RF optimization features. Additionally, Eric briefly worked as a Consultant at Mobile Metrics in 2004, where they provided advice and support to a friend's startup business.

Eric Wilson attended the University of North Texas from 1990 to 1992, where they obtained their HS Diploma in the field of TAMS. Following this, they pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Texas A&M University, from 1992 to 1995.
