Frank Actis

Frank Actis is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive expertise in network and application performance monitoring. Since July 2015, Frank has served as a Sr. Staff Engineer at NETSCOUT, specializing in providing expert-level support for the TruView line of Unified Network and Application Performance monitoring solutions. Prior to this role, Frank was employed at Fluke Networks for over a decade, where key contributions included being the “Father” of the OptiView LAN analyzer and leading product planning and marketing efforts for various network analysis products. Frank also has a rich history at Hewlett-Packard, where responsibilities included product management and network engineering. Frank's career began with a focus on applications programming at Marcom International, and educational qualifications include a BS in Business Administration specializing in Information Systems from Colorado State University.
