Harsha Sachdev has extensive experience in human resources and administration, currently serving as Manager of HR & Admin at Netscout Systems since July 2008, where a robust HR framework was developed to ensure process compliance and foster an open communication culture. Prior experience includes roles as a Technical Recruiter at Tiva Systems and Strataserv, focusing on end-to-end recruitment for IT professionals, and an HR Executive position at Netscout Systems. Harsha Sachdev holds an MBA in Human Resource and Systems from Vikram University and completed SSC in Science at Bhavans School.
