Joseph Collins is an accomplished Product Manager with extensive experience in the tech sector, currently contributing to the PFS Security Visibility Solutions group at NETSCOUT since June 2016. Previously, Joseph managed product development at VSS Monitoring, overseeing the launch of the HD Fiber TAP and leading initiatives after the company's acquisition by NetScout.
