Mike Kelly

Mike Kelly has extensive experience in IT infrastructure management, currently serving as AVP of IT Infrastructure at NETSCOUT since 2010, previously holding the position of Sr. Director of IT Infrastructure Operations. Prior to this, Mike led systems and networking as the Director at EBSCO Publishing from April 1996 to August 2009. In this role, responsibilities included overseeing technology infrastructure, enterprise application services, information security, project implementation, operations, and telecommunications. Mike managed a globally balanced online service with significant metrics, including 13 million searches and 500 million page views daily, across a robust network of 1,000 servers and substantial data storage and facility resources. Mike's educational background includes studies at Franklin Cummings Tech and the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
