Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering, Chief Technology Officer for Enterprise, and Chief Architect at NETSCOUT since April 2011, Paul has played pivotal roles in shaping engineering strategies and innovations. Prior experience includes a decade at Psytechnics as CTO and Head of Engineering, as well as a significant tenure at BT, where Paul held positions such as Technical Group Leader in Human Perception and Coding and Research Engineer.
