Rick Witmer serves as the Sr. Director for the South Central region at NETSCOUT since September 2009, bringing extensive experience in sales leadership. Prior to this role, Rick was the Director of Sales at NetQoS from 2004 to January 2009. Rick holds a BA in Marketing from Vanguard University of Southern California, attended from 1990 to 1991, and also studied at the University of San Francisco in 1989 to 1990.
