Scott Pfeffer

Scott Pfeffer serves as the Director of Quality Assurance and Customer Advocacy at NETSCOUT, overseeing product quality and compliance for a major provider of service assurance, security, and business analytics. With a career spanning over three decades, Pfeffer has held various leadership roles in quality management, including positions at EMC Corporation, where responsibilities included leading the Quality Assurance organization and managing the internal quality audit program. Previous experience includes roles at Data General Corporation, Jaco, GTECH Corporation, Xyplex, Racal Datacom, and Alloy Computer Products, focusing on maintaining quality management systems and liaising with suppliers and customers. Pfeffer holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Science in Quality Systems Management from The National Graduate School of Quality Management.
