Steven Done

Steven Done has extensive experience in the technology sector, primarily in technical support and systems engineering roles. Current employment at Netscout as a Systems Engineer since 2007 follows positions at 3Com, Polycom, and Cisco, where Steven served in technical roles from 1992 to 2006. Notably, involvement at Cisco Systems, Inc., and Stratacom contributed significantly to professional development. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy, obtained between 1984 and 1989, following graduation from Evanston Township High School in 1984.
