Susan Tu

Susan Tu is an accomplished Senior Engineering Manager at NETSCOUT, where Susan has been instrumental since December 2000 in expanding and supporting both existing and new products for Enterprise and Service Provider Customers. With a wealth of experience in various roles, including Engineering Manager and Program Manager, Susan has established elevated teams, managed product support processes, and maintained service level agreements, all while driving optimization of software development practices. Prior to NETSCOUT, Susan held positions at Burntsand, Sun Microsystems, Abt Associates, and the Matsushita Institute in Taiwan, showcasing a diverse background in engineering and consulting. Susan holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from National Central University.
