Steve W. is a Senior Cyber Threat Analyst and aspiring ethical hacker with extensive experience in the computer and network security industry. Currently serving as a Board Member at PROJECT 1619 INC and President of the National Juneteenth Observance, they advocate for the celebration and recognition of Juneteenth in America. Steve’s background includes roles as Associate Network Engineer and Cyber Threat Analyst at Optiv, as well as Director of IT Service at NetSecurity Corporation, where they lead security-focused IT services and cloud solutions. A graduate of Colorado Technical University and Los Angeles City College, Steve also enjoys studying and performing jazz in their free time.
