James Chen is an accomplished engineering executive with extensive experience in leading technology teams and driving innovation across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at Netskope since June 2021, James has previously held similar leadership roles at BlueRock.io and DiDi, where responsibilities included overseeing safety and security for the International Business Group. As a co-founder of AssureSec, which was acquired by DiDi, and having served at Shape Security, which was acquired by F5 for a billion-dollar valuation, James has a proven track record of scaling operations in fast-growing tech companies.
