Mark Pray is an experienced professional in customer support and technical account management, currently serving as Product Adoption Lead and Technical Customer Success Manager at Netskope since July 2020. Previously, Mark led a team of technical account managers at Symantec, enhancing premium support for enterprise clients. Prior to that, extensive experience was gained at Blue Coat Systems as a Technical Account Manager and Backline Support Engineer, focusing on account health and complex issue resolution in network security. Mark started with Novell, Inc. as a Senior Backline Support Engineer and previously held a Frontline Support Engineer position. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management from Southern Utah University and an Associate of Art in General Studies from Dodge City Community College.
