Rick Diesinger

Rick Diesinger, MBA, serves as Vice President of Global People Experience and Total Rewards at Netskope since January 2022, concurrently overseeing Human Resources Operations. Prior experience includes a tenure at Allergan, where Rick held the position of Associate Vice President for HR Technology Strategy & Governance, focusing on enhancing HR processes through technology and user experience, and earlier roles in HR Operations. Prior to that, Rick worked at Merck, starting from April 2006, where responsibilities spanned HR applications leadership, overseeing the global implementation of SAP HCM, and integrating HR processes from legacy systems. Earlier career milestones include a consulting position at The Hay Group and a directorial role in Human Capital Measurement & Analysis at Prudential Financial. Rick holds an MBA in Finance and Economics from Rutgers Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Penn State University.
