Tim Boundy

Tim Boundy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and cybersecurity services. Currently serving as Team Leader and Senior Customer Success Manager at Netskope since May 2020, Tim manages strategic accounts while overseeing a team of ten Customer Success Managers across EMEA. Previously held multiple roles at Jisc, including Head of Capability Development (Security), where Tim established the strategic direction for cybersecurity services, and Security Services Delivery Manager, overseeing the development of a cyber security portal. Tim also contributed to the education sector through roles at GÉANT and Janet, promoting the use of videoconferencing and online educational content. Tim holds a BSc in Physics and Space Science Technologies from the University of Leicester and completed a postgraduate module on managing technological innovation at The Open University.
