Alan Ortego has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Alan is currently working at Netsmart as the VP of Engineering. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Remarkable Health from 2018 to 2022. Before that, they worked at eMDs for a significant period, holding various roles such as Chief Technology Officer, Sr. Director of Engineering / Chief Architect, Director of Web Development / Chief Architect, Chief Architect, Architecture Manager, and Software Architect. Earlier in their career, they served as the Lead Application Developer at VueCentric, Inc - MortgageDashboard, and as the Senior Consultant/Application Development Team Lead at Innovative Way, Inc. Additionally, they worked as a Solutions Analyst at Experian Scorex and as an Application Developer at Applied Materials.
