Jeff Denton

Jeff Denton is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software support and IT consulting. Currently serving as a Software Support Analyst II at Netsmart Technologies since July 2016, Jeff provides critical support to post-acute clients, resolves issues using SQL, and documents processes for new associates. Prior roles include Software Support Analyst I at Netsmart, where responsibilities included assisting clients with software issues and documentation. As a Freelance Web Developer from November 2015 to January 2020, Jeff created web applications using C#, MVC, .NET, and SQL Server. Previously, Jeff worked as an IT and Security Consultant at JEMMCO Enterprises, LLC, where assessments and solutions for IT improvements were developed and presented to management. Additionally, a brief stint as a Graphic Designer at Hands of Healing Touch occurred in May 2012. Jeff holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management with a dual concentration in Database Design and Information System Security from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University.
