Jeff Kellam

Jeff Kellam is an experienced executive with a robust background in client development and growth strategies across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Client Development at Netsmart since April 2025, Kellam previously held the position of Chief Growth Officer at HomeFree Pharmacy Services, where revenue grew approximately fourfold from inception to exit, culminating in a successful transaction in July 2024. Kellam has also made significant contributions as Executive Vice President of Growth & Engagement, leading go-to-market strategies and developing high-performing sales and marketing teams. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of National Accounts at Medline Industries, where Kellam managed relationships with major providers and secured multi-million dollar contracts, and in sales roles at WESCO Distribution, driving growth and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market. Kellam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Appalachian State University.
