Jess M. currently serves as a Senior Solution Architect at Netsmart, a position held since August 2023. With extensive experience in revenue cycle management (RCM), Jess has held various roles including RCM Solutions Consultant at Therapy Brands, Manager of Billing Implementation at Kipu Health, and RCM Systems Administrator at Helio Health, Inc. Jess also possesses expertise as a Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® Master, focusing on energy healing and wellness. Prior to the current roles, Jess was a Director of RCM Operations at Netsmart Technologies and has had significant involvement in billing processes at Helio Health and AIC. Jess holds an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from Onondaga Community College.
