Jim Coons

Jim Coons is an experienced technology architect with a strong background in cloud and enterprise systems. Currently serving as an Enterprise Systems Architect and Cloud Systems Architect at Netsmart since December 2012, Jim focuses on internal systems for demo, e-learning, and training purposes. Prior to this role, Jim worked at National Marketing Resources from January 2009 to December 2012 as a Systems Architect, where responsibilities included designing and implementing various technologies, providing support to employees and partners. Jim's career began at Cerner Corporation, where from 1997 to 2008, Jim held positions as a Senior Technology Architect and Senior Technology Consultant, validating end-user technologies and providing consulting services related to technology solutions. Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Mathematics and Computer Systems from the University of Northern Iowa, earned between 1992 and 1996.
