Joel Maxwell is an experienced IT professional with a strong focus on ServiceNow implementation, development, and administration. Currently serving as the ServiceNow Team Lead at Netsmart since April 2022, Joel has built a significant career beginning with roles at Crossfuze, where positions included Delivery Manager and Technical Architect from September 2015 to April 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as a Technical Consultant and Service Desk Manager at CareWorks Tech from January 2011 to September 2015, and also previous roles at Sophos and AO Technologies. Joel holds a BA in Digital Communication and Information Technology from Franklin University, complemented by extensive ServiceNow training.
