Leandro Rodgers

Leandro Rodgers is an experienced professional in solution delivery and technical support, currently serving as a Senior Solution Delivery Consultant at Netsmart since January 2022. In this role, Leandro provides expertise in complex solution presentations and proposal responses for high-profile clients while also delivering engaging presentations. Previously, as a Solution Delivery Consultant, Leandro led strategic software implementations and user training, ensuring projects were delivered on time and client needs were met. Earlier experience includes a position as a Solution Delivery Analyst, where Leandro optimized system workflows and developed data-driven reporting tools.
