Leta Anderson

Leta Anderson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development and training. Currently serving as a Learning Partner at Netsmart since May 2023, Leta has a robust background as a Jazzercise Instructor with Jazzercise, Inc. since November 2013. Previously, as a Leadership Strategist at Leadership Innovations, from December 2013 to May 2023, Leta focused on building confident and mindful leaders through group facilitation and coaching. Earlier roles include Facilitator and Trainer at The Pryor Center for Leadership Development, Trainer at U.S. Central, Training Developer at Creative Courseware, Inc., Director of Experiential Learning Program at The Elms Resort and Spa, and Change Management Consultant at Andersen Consulting. Leta holds a BSBA in Marketing from the University of Missouri-Columbia, completed in 1994.
