Melissa Bennett is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and workforce strategy. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Netsmart since April 2019, Melissa previously held multiple roles at Cerner Corporation over a 21-year tenure, culminating as Director of HR Consulting Services, where responsibilities included managing strategic partnerships for over 4,000 associates and overseeing organizational design and strategic workforce planning. Melissa has successfully led global recruiting initiatives, managed multi-million dollar financial plans for global mobility, and improved recruitment processes to enhance candidate experiences.
