Thomas Geis

Thomas Geis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in the technology and telecom industry. Thomas began their career at Sprint Nextel, where they held various positions, including Network Analyst and Program Manager. Thomas then joined TTI Telecom as a Senior Telecom Engineer and Team Lead, followed by TEOCO as a Senior Telecom Expert and Team Lead. Geis then worked at Cerner Corporation, where they served as a Technology Architect, Manager of the Skybox Connect NOC, and Director of Enterprise Services. Currently, Geis is working at Netsmart as the Sr. Director of Plexus Cloud and the Vice President of Plexus Cloud Technologies.

Thomas Geis began their education at Iowa Central, where they obtained an AAS in Electronic Communications from 1997 to 1999. Thomas then attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2016, studying Executive Leadership at the UMKC Bloch School. In 2017, they enrolled in MidAmerica Nazarene University, where they completed their BA in Applied Organizational Leadership with a focus on Organizational Leadership in 2018. Additionally, Thomas Geis has obtained certifications in Executive Leadership Development from Cerner Corporation and in Embedding Strategic Excellence from Columbia Business School and ExecOnline, Inc.
