Tom Gelles

Tom Gelles is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the healthcare technology sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Client Alignment and Client Development at Netsmart since September 2018, Tom leads innovative initiatives within human services and post-acute organizations. Prior to this role, Tom was the Senior Director/GM of Client Sales at Netsmart, focusing on enabling healthcare organizations through advanced software solutions. Tom also held key positions at DataFile Technologies, including Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Business Development, where responsibilities included managing health information management operations and developing seamless solutions for healthcare clients. Earlier in his career at Transworld Systems, Tom progressed through various leadership roles, ultimately serving as Vice President of Sales, and effectively managing a nationwide team to enhance revenue and market share in the healthcare segment as well as other industries.
