Tracy Markman

Tracy Markman is an experienced professional with a strong background in technical support and healthcare administration. Currently serving as a Senior Solution Support Analyst II at Netsmart Technologies since May 2008, Tracy provides clients with technical support for a variety of products and assists in resolving application issues. Previous experience includes a role as an ER Admitting Clerk/Team Lead at Community Health Systems from June 2006 to July 2016, where responsibilities encompassed patient registration, insurance verification, customer service, and employee training. Tracy holds a diploma from Herbert H. Lehman High School and attended ABI Business School.
