Mohsin Hanif

Mohsin Hanif has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple industries. Mohsin started their career at Husnain Cotex Limited in 2005, where they worked in the department of Contracts & Accounts. In 2005, they also worked as a Junior Engineer (Contracts & Coordination) at Associated Consulting Engineers (Pvt) Limited. Mohsin then joined NETSOL Technologies Inc. in 2007 and held various roles in the HR department, including HR Officer (T&D), Senior Officer (T&D), and Assistant Manager (R&S / T&D). Mohsin transitioned into managerial roles within the HR department, serving as Assistant Manager (Organizational Development) and Manager HR (C&B and OD). In 2016, they became a Financial Analyst at NETSOL Technologies Inc. and later served as Sr. Lead (HoD) Procurement. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Employee Services and Procurement at NETSOL Technologies Inc. Additionally, in 2014, they worked as a Visiting Faculty Member (Performance Management and C&B) at the National College of Business Administration and Economics.

Mohsin Hanif pursued their education at various institutions. In 1998, they completed their BSc Engineering in Agriculture from the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad. Mohsin then went on to earn an MBA in IT from the COMSATS Institute of IT, Lahore between 2002 and 2004. In 2007, they obtained a Certificate/Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Pakistan Institute of Quality Control.
