Joe Milligan

Joe Milligan is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and cloud infrastructure. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Architect at Cloudtech since September 2023, Joe has been a Managing Partner at NetSource Partners since 1996, specializing in developing large-scale online and operational systems for various enterprises. Previously, Joe held significant roles at Amazon Web Services as a Senior Consultant and Cloud Infrastructure Architect from 2017 to 2023, and contributed to NYK Logistics' infrastructure team from 2014 to 2016. Earlier work includes a decade at AT&T, where involvement in software and systems development occurred. Joe holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree from the City University of New York-College of Staten Island.
