Steve Tornio

Steve Tornio is a seasoned offensive security professional with extensive experience in designing and conducting Red Team operations to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities. They served as the Senior Manager of the Attack & Penetration Team at Focal Point Data Risk from 2011 to 2019, before becoming the Vice President, Principal - Red Team Lead at Northern Trust Corporation, where they enhanced detection and response mechanisms from 2019 to 2024. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Security Consultant at NetSPI, leading adversary simulation exercises and developing strategies to bolster client security measures. Steve is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
