Traci Walker

Traci Walker, PMP, has a diverse background in operations and project management, recently serving as an Operations Analyst at Khoros from September 2021 to April 2023, where responsibilities included streamlining systems and enhancing data integrity through Salesforce and FinancialForce PSA. Traci initiated a customer success program rebuild and developed dashboards that contributed to an 8% increase in billable hours by collaborating with Project Managers. Previously, Traci held roles as Operations Project Manager at Khoros and Operations Manager at Jester King Brewery. Traci also worked as a Project Coordinator at Charity Dynamics and currently serves as a Salesforce Administrator for Revenue Systems at NetSPI. Traci holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Oklahoma.
