Sam Paulraj

Sam Paulraj has over 15 years of experience in sales and customer service roles. In 2021, they began working as the General Sales Manager for NetSpyGlass. From 2016 to 2021, they were the Director of Sales and Marketing for TraceLeadsB2b (TLB), where they helped start-ups, small, and mid-size companies set up their marketing and inside sales teams. From 2008 to 2016, they were the Director of Inside Sales for Aayuja Technologies, where they developed strategies, tactics, and sales plans, identified and reported on business opportunities, and achieved targets for revenue, profitability, and sales growth. Sam also held the role of Account Manager, where they consistently hit monthly and quarterly targets and helped and trained co-workers. Prior to this, they were an Inside Sales Executive at Aayuja Technologies. Before that, they worked as a Customer Care Executive at Scope International from 2007 to 2008 and as a CSR for Compass BPO Pvt Ltd (now Aditya Birla Minacs World Wide Ltd) and Convergys from 2006 to 2007.

Sam Paulraj completed their 12th Grade at Zion Matriculation Higher Secondary School in 1998-1999. Sam then attended Mahatma Gandhi University from 1999-2002, where they earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accountants and Commerce. From 2003-2005, Sam attended Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, where they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Prior to this, Sam attended Zion Matriculation Higher Secondary School from 1987-1997.
